Breakfast was good! The location was great! The rooms were clean.
The beds were too hard, the service was poor, the plates were not cleaned, they did not notice you in the bar. You should be careful about what is included in all-inclusive, especially at those times when you get it. The rooms were very small and the bathroom smelled terrible.

The hotel is in a very good position, close to the beach and an easy walk to the marina. The food was wonderful and the staff were really good too ensure a pleasant stay.

Fairly clean accommodation, knowledgeable staff. Excellent service, exceptional superior twin room with Tea and coffee facilities, bath and shower plus excellent coffee. Very clean pool.

The hotel staff advised us to book thru Booked.net as we would get a better deal. Also once we had booked they upgraded us to a club room which had a bed big enough for at least 4 adults!!!
Although the included breakfast had a wide choice, the cooked food was not the best I have ever had.

the room was nice and large, big comfy bed.
breakfast was always the same and a bit dull. plumbing was leaky. booking made via Booked.net did not work and the staff were notvery helpful about this.

The location of the hotel was perfect, very close to beach, bars and restaurants. Also good for golfers.
I thought that the reception desk was not manned well enough at all and often the wait to see someone even just for towels could be 10 minutes or more. Also the rooms could do with some updating, as they were rather old fashioned and the beds not comfortable at all. Overall I wouldn't call this a 5 star hotel.
